Apostilation

The apostille process in India refers to the authentication of public documents so they are recognized in foreign countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention (1961). An apostille is a certificate that verifies the authenticity of a document, eliminating the need for further legalization by the embassy of the destination country.

Various steps:

Step 1: Document Preparation
Digita Birth Certificate in English, Passport copy

Step 2: Apostilation

For Maharashtra Issued Documents:

  1. Local Notary

  2. SHD (State Home Department) Stamp

  3. MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) Stamp

  4. Apostille Sticker

For Out of Maharashtra Issued Documents:

  1. Delhi Notary

  2. SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) Stamp

  3. MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) Stamp

  4. Apostille Sticker

Step 3: Translation 

Aspotilation Cost: 9999 INR (10 working days), 7999 INR (20 working days)

Translation Cost: 4000 INR/page 
Documents: As per the requirement

Note: The entire process is online and the documents shall be sent and received via courier, our services are offered pan India and valid across all the countries
You need to just ready your documents in an Envelope ( cover the document with a Plastic Bag/Plastic Folder ) and mention the address over it. The pickup person will collect the document from your address between 01 to 07 PM or on the next day.  If the blue dart person does not come to collect the document then you will submit the document to your nearest blue dart center.  Our operation team will update you once we receive the documents in our office.
